When you contact me
I use the information you voluntarily share by email, telephone or WhatsApp to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you hire me, provide the service. This portfolio’s contact form prepares a draft in your email application; it does not send or store that message on the website. You decide whether to send it. Please do not include passwords, API keys or confidential customer information.
Legal basis
For service enquiries, processing is based on taking precontractual steps at your request or performing a contract. Other enquiries are processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in responding to people who voluntarily contact me.
Retention and recipients
Conversations are retained as needed to answer and follow up your enquiry. If we enter a service agreement, data is retained during the contractual relationship and applicable legal periods, and restricted where required to address responsibilities. Hosting, email and messaging providers process data to provide their services. The production website is hosted on IONOS. Email contact uses Microsoft Outlook; choosing WhatsApp uses WhatsApp/Meta under its own terms and privacy policy. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using applicable transfer mechanisms. I do not sell your data or use it for unsolicited marketing.
Browsing
This portfolio uses no advertising analytics or tracking cookies. Hosting may log technical connection information, such as IP address and access time, to provide and protect the service, based on the legitimate interest in security. Fonts and screenshots are served locally; product websites are only opened when you follow a link.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability by emailing alejandro-alamo@hotmail.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. I do not use automated decisions or profiling.
Other services and external links
Linked products, external contact channels and any separately hosted support services have their own processes and privacy information. This redesign does not change the Morrow support service. Its production policy remains available in the existing website’s support context.
